The Dincolors herewith present to the shareholders a statement of the Company's sccounts for the year ended July 31, 1918.
The profit for the year, after allowing for bad and doubtful deble, and providing for directors' and suditor's fee, amounts to $125,013:33 from which it in proposed to pay dividend of three dellare per share, absorbing $120.000; and to carry forward $5,013.33.
