Collision Near Kiangyin.

A collision occurred at 14.20 · a.m. on August 15 a little distance below Kiangria boat station be- tween the C.M.ss Kianghein and the U.5. aunboat Quiros that re- sulted in damage to both vessels. The Quiros was lying at anchor when the Kianghein, which had just cast off the passenger boat, was, caught by the abnormally strong tide and carried across her hawser striking her with her port quarier.
