The catpat of this Coy's Min for the mouth of December 1915 amonated to Pikula 145.60 made up as follows Plant are Pkla. | 9280. Tribute ore Pels, 52 $0. The Plant is working well, but it had to be shifted to another posi tion, this month, whilst heavy rains pet the Tingkil River and other Waterwaysinto heavy floode. This has all been against the out- pat. No damage bowever was done to the mine or flood banke.
Prosperous Chinese Banks
A vernacular contemporary states that the Chinese Ministries of Finance and Communications have nceived reports from the Bank of China and the Bank of Communications respecting the Progress made by there banke during the past year. The profits
of the Bank of China during twelve months ended December 1915, show an increase of $1,200.- 000 over the previous rear, while the profits of the Bank of Com macications during the same period show an intresse "of $800,000.

Kaiser Visits Waterloo. Amsterdam, December 10. The Bagich Dagblad states that the Kaiser la announced to visit Brussels on Dezember 19.
The Kaiser will remain there three days. A number of deputations will be received. The Kaiser will also visit the surrounding neigb- bourhood, including the battle- field of Waterloo. Extraordinary police measures are being taken, and a special police force has 2- arrived at Brussels to ensure the Kaiser's safety.
