On the 10th instant a Japanese trawler found seven boxer flat- |ing in the ses in the Tangara Straits and pioked them up. On examination it was discovered that the boxes contained Chinse paper currency to the amount of Y200,000 per box or 1,400,000 in sll, The matter was at once reported to the police.
