Shanghai, September 13, 1.10 a.m. On Saturday night a bomb was hurled into the offices of the new vernacular newspaper, the Ariatie Daily News, situated in the centre of the settlement, and which began its issue on Friday, for the purpose of carrying on a monarchival propagands.
