Mr. D'Almada told Mr. Justice Gompertz that he was applying for the summons to be struck out, on the grounds that the copy of the writ, what which his client had been terved, had not been properly stamped.
Mr Stephens eaid that it might be that the copy was not signed, but the original was, and if so, the omission on the copy was a matter that could be easily re- medied. His draft was signed; that was all he knew.
