ORDINANCE.
The Public are informed that the Permanent Passes issued by the Provost Marshal will not be available after August 7th next. Any person desiring to renew a Permanent Pass should give notice to the Captain Superin- tendent of Police stating in fall, the reasons for his request, the places to which he desires to proceed, the average number of Journeys made out of the Colony a month, and at the same time return, the Permanent Pass in his possession.
If the application is granted it will be necessary for the applic- ant to forward two copies of his photograph, and call personally at the Central Police Station..
