Much inconvenience and delay in tho delivery of correspondence is caud by residents who change their addresası, failing to notify the General Post Office Residents arriving in or leaving the Col- ony, or changing their address in the Col. ony, are requested to notify the clerk at the Foste Restante, General Post Offlo of the change of address at the earliest opportunity.
