On the morning of Friday last the French concluded their operations in the neighbourhood of Notre Dame de Lorette, some distance beyond our right flank; whereby all the trenches lost by them on Wednesday were retaken and heavy losses inflicted on the enemy, including nearly two hundred prisoners and several machine guns.
