Admiralty Adopts Mine-laying Policy.

It is announced by the Press Bureau that the Admiralty states the German palioy of mine-laying, combined with aubmarine. activity, necessitates the Admiralty adopting counter-messures. The Government has, therefore, autorised a mine-loving policy in certain areas.
Mine felds are being developed on a considerabl scale.
Warning to Non-combatants,
For the safety of non-combatants, the Admiralty lammed instructions that there is danger to shipping crossing between Latitudes 51.15 and 51.40 and Longitudes 185 and 3.00.
