Shanghai. Received July 10. Three Chinese, oborged with the murder of Mrs, Neumann on January 23, have been arrested up country.
The trial is proceeding in the Mixed Court to-day. The police are confident that they are on the right trail,

The adjourned bearing of the caso against H. L. Beechy on charges of alleged fraud in con bection with the promotion and stablishment of the British and Belgian Bank, and with convert- ing to his own use various sums of money placed on deposit, was continued on July 3, says the Shanghai Times. «

Witness said he was not able to make any nss of that journal, as he could not understand the entries.
