The meeting on that occasion had been a formal one, as, owing to the ao counts having only just arrived from Java and not having been audited, it was impossible to place them before the sharehol ders. The estimates received from their Java agente for thei current year provided for an ex- penditure of £2.250 and for the harvesting of 1,821 owts of coffee, which, if they realised the same average price as the 676 owts. al
