TRAINING NOTES..
Some Good Floishes This Morning.
Fine weather favoured the gallops at the Racecourse this morning, and there was a good crowd of spectatore out to watch the spins. The track was faster than it was yesterday. It WBB noticeable that Vida rode Sir- Galahad and Tango. All the gallops were on the grass course, with the exceptin of these done by Defford and Ignorance. Mahratta Chief did a nice bit of work by co- vering one and three quarter miles in 4.07, last quarter 29.3, while President was as good as unsual, doing the mile in 2.1945, last quarter 29.3.
