A "Cowboy" and his Revolver.
A man who appeared in fall "cowboy" costume and gave bis name as Tacom Kid was sum- moned at the Penge Police Court for wilfully interfering with the comfort of passengers on the Landon, Brighton, and South Coast Railway, and also for carry- ing a loaded firearm contrary to theby-laws of the company. Evidence was given that the de- fendant on the night of Septem- ber 6 entered a compartment of a train from the Crgif Palice to London Bridge, and, in the pre- sence of other ↑assengers-among whom were some children-fired a revolver out of the window. He was fined £3 and costs, in all £5 128.. or in default of payment 21 days imprisonment,
