O., The will concerned was that of Ho Teun San, and his Lordship was asked to decide weather the bequest was invalid as against the rule of perpetuity, wud also, if the bequest should be deemed valid, that enquiries should be ordered to ascertain who are the next of kin. The parties to the issue represented the four original beneficiaries,
