Kuomintang reports state that Kisagen and Buoad Provinces, as well as Manchuria, have declared independence and have joined up with Kiangai Province.
It is reported by Renter's correspondent at Nunking that General Haang Hsing has bran oboeen Commander-in-Chief of the Army which is to atteok President Yuan Shih-kni.
