St. Johns, Mar. 21. The Minis ter of Fiatuco prosented the Budget in the Nowfoundland House of Assembly to-day. In the course of his statement le showed that the foreign trade of the colony, tlie. revenue, and the surplus for the last fiscal year, onding in June, wero all the largest ever recorded. The pros perity of the Colony was un- examplod, all forms of industrial and commercial netivity being in "n"vigorons" condition. The only regrettable circunstanco was the comparative decline of British trade.
