An extraordieary general meeting of the shareholders of the United Singapore Rubber Estates, Limited, was held at Singapore on 1th fast. Dr. Lim Boon Keng presided and there ware also present the Hoa. Tan Jiak Kim, Mrs. C. Frynn, Messrs. The Chairman then asked if the amended articles of association were approved,
