On the 14th at 12.10 p.-The, barometer bas risan over Japan and the Bosing, and fallen over the S. Loochoos, Formosa, S. China and the Philippines.

The typhoon over the Pacific is now situated to the S. of the Loochoos. It appears to be moving towards W. or W.S.W.

Pressure remains high over N. Chica and the N. part of the Sea of Japan."

Strong N.E. and N. winds may be expected

in the Formosa 'Channel and moderate N. winds along the 8 coast of China.
