THE WEATHER.

The following report la from Mr. F. G. Figz Director of the Hongkong Observatory-

Oo the 7th at 13.05. p.-The barometer has fallen moderately on the N.E., coast of China, and a slight-fail has taken place at the stations around the China Sea.

The depression over the latter area between the W. coast of Luzon and, the Parcels, ap. pears to be increasing slowly in depth.

In the North a depression is shown over the Yellow Sea

Pressure is highest over the Páçific to the B Japan,

Light to moderate E., and N.E wieds may be expected in the Formosa Channel, and along the northern shores of the Chica Sea.
