On the 3rd at i 2.10 p.-The barometer bas Laller maderately over China and Toogking.
A depression, which appears to be moving Eastwards, has appeared over the Yangtze. Valley, and-pressure is low also over Tongking
Pressure is highest probably over Japan, but the returns from thence-are-not-pat-lo-band
Fresh S.E. 10, S. winds may be expected in the Formosa Channel and along the northern
shores of the China Sea.
