Colonial Chamber of Commerce and Ex ›'change in London are to crystallize into some thing tangible, for an influential movement is on foot to form, sach à borly. Negotiations have been opened for the acquisition of a large site in a good position in the metropolis, on which a suitable building will be erected, capa able of contuluing abwrooms and offices for all the Colonies and a central commercial exchan ge, where commercial men from the Colonies
