As already briefly stated in our columns, Mr. William English Walling, of Indianapolis, his wife god his wife's sister, Miss Rose Stransky, who were arrested at St. Petersburg and taken to jail because of their association with members of the Finnish Progressiva party, were released on the 21st time. The police found nothing among the papers of the trio to warrant deltafning them.
