During the first moon of each year the Ex ecutive Committee shall submit to the Council for auditing a full financial statement of the year's receipts and expenditures, tögether with the vouchers and account books of the treasurer.
These accounts shall be audited by the Council during its session in theist and 2nd noons. They shall then be returned to the Executive Committee for sale-keeping and publication.
Special contribution for definite objects may be received and expended by the Executive Committee. But where the object is designat ed by the donor, the Committes may not divert the gilt without the consent of the giver oc' his heirs,

The following Night Signals will be exhibit- ed from the Flagstaff on the roof of the Water Police Station at Kowloon, the Harbour Officia Flagstaff, and H.M.S. Tamar.
