Mr. Suganums urged that the defendant should be ordered to pay to the plaintiff the sum claimed together with interest thaison az the rate of cent, per annum from May 9th lant to, the execution of judgement. Counsel stated that the Eifaku-maru," a schooner owned by the plaintiff, left Kabuka-maru, Remon district, lebikari Province in the Hok ksido on April 27th, 1906, with a cargo of 70,000-harrings, on a voyage to Tsuru Fukui Prefecture.
