At the Police Court this morning, before Mr. F. A. Hazeland, William Day, formerly in the employ of the Hongkong Electric Tramway Company, an inspector, was prosecuted by Mr. J. Gray Seast, the géner manager, for stealing from a tram conductor, at Kennedy Town, on the 7th instant, the sum of $14, the property of the company.
