THE Japan Mail states that the caring of the case in which the liquidator of the bankrupt firm of Messrs. Mourilyan, Heimann and Co. claims Y226,250 from Messrs: Samuel Samuel and Co. will take place on Oct. 22nd in the Court of Cassation.
