On the 15th at 1.55 am. The barometer has risen generally particularly in the interior of China, where the pressure is now highest.

The depressing in Northern Japan has dis appeared into the Pacific.

Gradients are rather steep on the China coast and fresh monsoon may he expected in the Formosa Channel and the North part of the China Sea.
