On the 29th at 7.30 am. Red South Cone boisted.
At 11.35 am The barometer has risen Formosa; fallen a Bule at Gap Rock: A slightly over the SE coast of China and depression seems to have developed over the now lying to the E. or N.E. of the P. raceis, N. part of the China Sen. It appears to be Pressure remains low also over the Pacific to the S. of the Loochoos, and high over E., Japan.
Strong N.E. winds in the Formosa Channel, and N. to E. gales over the N. part of the
China Sea.
Forecast:-strong N.E. to E. winds, possibly a gale; squally, showery.
