On the 25th at 11.20 a.m. The barometer has fallen over E. Japan owing to the depression, which is probably moving NE. off the SE. coast. Pressure has given way again on the China coust. A low pressure trough lies over the S. coast of China, the Formosa Channel and the Pacific towards the Loochoos, NE. winds prevailing to the Northward of the area and SW, winds to the Southward.
