The depression in the North has moved into the Sea of Japan and pressure remains low in the neighbourhood of the Southern Philippines. Gradients alight for N. and N.E. winds on the China coast, and in the N. part of the China Sea. Forecast- N.W. to N.E. winds, moderate; fair.

On the 14th at 11.55 am. The barometer has risen moderately on the China coast. Pros. Isure is high over N. China, and the depression in the Pacific appears to be new lying to the E

of Luzon. Gradients moderate with fresh monsoon on the China const, and in the "N, part of the China Sea. Forecast-moderate to fresh N.E: winds; showery.
