THE HARBOUR ILLUMINATIONS. LAUNCH PROCESSION AND FIREWORKS. On Tuesday night the principal feature of the celebration was the Illumination of the harbour and the procession of launches. At an early hour the Praya was thronged with spectators and at the rear of the Cricket Ground and near the Queen's Sixtus a very fine view wat obtainable, the authorities wisely keeping out the lower class of Chinese.
