MANILA, December 15th. The Spanish troops are continually being reinforced, and most determined measures arG being taken to effectively and decisively stamp out the rebellion in these lalandı. The rebels are strongly holding Cavlie and Belicas, and most parts of Laguna provinco are under their dominion.
