of this SOCIETY will be held at the OFFICES of the SOCIETY, No. 4. Prays, Hongkong, on SATURDAY, the 38th April instant, at 12 o'clock Noon, to consider and if thought t approve the draft New Articles of Association which will be submitted to the Meeting, and in the event of the approval thereof, with or without modifications, to consider and if thought fit to pass a Special Resolution to the following effect, namely:-
