JUDICIAL PROCEDURE.*~*~~~-~~- The time for the so-called Autumnal Assizen or Ta'i Shing bring now near at hard at Peking, the officers of the Board of Punishments have been busy making upthe list of condemned criminals that have been sent up to them for trial and sentence by the metropolitan and pro- vincial administrations during the present year. This is for the purpose of presenting the warlons cases to the notice of the Throne, at the same lon to confirm the sentences that have been time asking it to sppoint an Imperial Commis paised by abat Board.
