It has been decided, subject to the approval of Share: holders, to dispose of the remaining balance of 167.555.61 by adding to Reserve Fund $83.000.00, thereby increasing it to $500,000.00, paying a Final Dividend of 4 per cent, to Share. holders, and canying forward to New Account the sum of $64.555.61.
