The American mail steamship China reports that she left San Francisco on the 31st ultimo at 3.45 p.m., Victoria on the 3rd instant at 2.35 a.m., and Yokohama on the 19th, Time from San Francisco, via Victoria, D.C., and Yokohama days and 30 minutes.
