The British despatch-vessel Alacrity reports that she left Ningpo on the 30th ultimo. Had fresh monsoon until yesterday morning,
The British steamship Ulysses reports that she left Shanghai, and Foochow on the 1st instant. Had strong north-east monsoon and £ne weather.
The Chinese steamship Fushun reports that she left Shanghai on the 30th ultima Had strong north-east winds and rainy weather to Chapel Island: from there to port bad fine weather and moderate northerly winds.
The British steamship Kaftow reports_that she left Liverpool on the 22nd October, and Sin- gapore on the 16th ultimo at 6 p.m. Came up the China Sea to the westward of the... Shoals ; experienced moderate variable winds and fine weather to lat. 16 north, and thence to port had strong monsoon and squally weather with a very high sea.
