The British steamship Zafiro reports that she
left Manila on the and instant. From Manila to Pt. Capones had strong breeze, and heavy awell; thence to Hongkong had continuous heavy gale from north-east with violent squalls and mountainous sea, which broke on board in large quantities, doing little damage, however, with the exception of smashing forward skylight and completely flooding mess-room; entered Hongkong last night at 9 o'clock by Green Island Pass, Did not see the sun all voyage.
