Volunteer manoeuvres and training has caused the eagerly awaited gala between the TILGA-V.R.C. and Combined Chinese Clubs to be postponed. As there will be no important galas' this week-end swimmers are taking this opportunity to put in some more practice.
Three Chinese galas were held last week-end and the sensational 50-metre swim of Tsui Hane of Sing Tao, who returned the excel- tent time of 28-1/5 seconds, places him as a strong challenger for the Colony's crown. Miss Tp Wal Kui of CBC. is the new Chinese aquatie queen and should give the European lassies a good fight.
