It was announced yesterday morning that during enemy air activity over Britain
on Tuesday night, nine enemy aircraft were destroyed-eight by night fighters and one by A.A. fire, says British Wireless.
THIS BRINGS THE TOTAL OF ENEMY AIRCRAFT DEFINITELY ACCOUNTED FOR THIS MONTH DURING NIGHT ATTACKS ON BRITAIN TO 50, AND THE TOTAL SINCE JAN 1 IS NOW 249.
