CHICAGO WHEAT: Speculative momentum was encouraged by reports that the Rumanian government decided to ban on her ex- is contemplating further ports and that the British government purchases of Canadian wheat to a larger scale. Hedging and realiz- ing was easily absorbed. Crop conditions generally were bullish.
