landed a their risk into the hazardous and/or extra hazardou Godowns of the Hona Koro AND KOWLOON, WHALI AND GODOWN COMPawt, Ltd., whence and/or from the wharves Delivery any be obtained.
No Claims will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godowns, and ali Goods remaining undelivered after the 26th Jan, 1940, will be subject to rent.
All Claims against the Stemmer must be presented to the Undersigned sin or before the 9th Feb., 1940, or they will not be recognised.
To comply with the General Boaded Warehouse Regulations, consiguses must have a Revents Officer in attend- saco when damaged dutiable goods are examined
All broken, chafed and damaged Goods are to be left in the Godowns, where they will be examined on the 24th Jan, 1940, at 9 a.m., by Messrs. Carmichael & Clarke.
No Fire Insurance has been effected Bill of Lading will be countersigned by W. R. LOXLEY & Co. (CHINA) LTD.

having arrived, from New York and Ports of call, Consignees of Cargo are hereby notified that their Goods are being landed and placed at their risk m to the Hong Kong and Kowloon Whari and Godown Company's godowns at Kowloon, where delivery may be obtained as soon as the Goods are landed, Optional Large will not be inded hers, velena Notice has been given 48 hours prior to weasel's arrival, but carried on from port to port to the final port of call to which the option extends,
No Claims will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godowns, and all Goods remaining undelivered after the 28th Jan., 1940, will be subject to Rent.
All broken, chaled, and damaged Goods are to be left in the Godowne, where they will be examined on 25th Jan., 1940, at 10 am, by our Surveyor Messrs. Goddard & Douglas.
To comply with the General Bonded Warehouse Regulations, consignees must hare & Revenue Oficer in attendance when damaired dutiable goods are atamined.
All claims must reach te before the 20th Feb, 1940, or they will not
be recognized.
