ALLEGATIONS OF FRAUD AGAINST SEVEN CREDITORS were made by the Official Receiver, Mr. L. R. Andrewes, in the Bankruptcy Court yesterday when, before Mr. Justice R. E. The creditors concerned, whom Mr. Andrewes call- ed "friendly creditors," were alleged to have manufac- tured certain documents as proof of debt in the bank- ruptcy. It was further alleged that none of these creditors had any debt due from the debtor.
