MACAO'S PROSPECTS IN SPORTS NOTES

HOCKEY INTERPORT Strong Side Should Oppose Hongkong On February 19

(By JAY MARTIN')

MACAO, Jan. 29-A switch-over of defence positions appears Macao to be the only change in the accepted line-up of the team for the inter-Colony hockey classic which is to be held here of the half-line and on Feb. 19. Laartes Custa is moving out dropping into hack position, Santos Ferreira taking his place in the intermediate.

A number of critics are of opinion that this change is not for the better, as it is felt that this will weaken the half-line where Laertes Costa is mare at home. Particularly, as playing half this season, he has been mainly responsible for feeding the forwards and sending them off into enemy territory
