Conditions in Shekki, capital of the Model District of Chungshan, were described yesterday to a representative of the "Hongkong Dally "Press" by a gentleman who has just returned from there to report to the Hongkong Chungshan Residents Association on the atrocitles perpetrated by the Japanese.
