Hankow, May 31. Three hundred thousand Chinese ruerillas, scattered throughout Shansi and along the Peiping-Hankow, Peiping-Suiyuan sad Tien- tsin-Pakow Railway lines, are constituting a serious bandicap to Japanese operation in those areas.
