of the Tientsin-Pukqw Rallway will be resumed shortly under the management of the South Manchuria Railway, which has established A bureau in Tientsin. The Director of this Bureau has summoned all em- ployees, at stations under Japanese occupation to register at Tientsin as soon as possible.
