Hong Kong School For The Deaf

The Second Annual Speech Day of the Hong Kong School for the Deat was held at the Mansang Collage Hall, Kowloon City, on Saturday afternoon, in the course of which the Bishop of Hong Kong, Rt. Rev. RO. Hall, commented on the good work of the school, while Mrs. Hall distributed the pikes.
