New Law Affecting Status Passed

Berlin, Jan. 26,

A new law affecting the status of German officials, and a' zurtner

Formerly of- ficials were required to take oath to uphold the constitution. A uni- form administrative penal code, as applied to officials. is likewise en- acted.
